He should be here thursday, I am way too excited. Expect lots of pics, I just got a new camera. So I am going to try to get some pics up of all my pets.
Congrats to you too. Sorry to hear about the other red, and your other animals, Losing pets is never easy. I just lost my sulcata, and 3 scorpions. My girlfriends family also just lost there dog. It seems there are a few of us going through some losses right now. Thankfully we have the forums.
Hi kaa. Congrats on getting a All American. Do you know if yours is a boy or a girl ? I have two siblings from your Tegu . Shakespeare and Venus. They both have been hibernating since October . I can't wait for them to come out. I also can't wait to see some pictures of your Tegu. Do you have a name for him/her yet ? Bobby told me that his All American hatchlings/ babies have been hibernating, too. So I think yours is going to be a very small one, too.
I got a male, not sure about a name yet, I am taking suggestions. I think he will go back down, he seemed a bit groggy yesterday. He is also very small still. Is yours a bit aggressive? Mine was jumping, and huffing and tail whiping like mad after his bath. I will try to get some pics up tonight, I kinda passed out last night.
I got whipped by just Shakespeare when I got him out of the pillow case and gave him a kiss lol. Other than that they both have been very calm. I got Venus first and I saw her for a few days. She didn't want to eat much. Then a few weeks later ( but the same month ) I got Shakespeare. I saw him just three times and they both been hibernating since.
This is Shakespeare the second day home.
