HELP! I think my tegu has a prolapse. Advise?!?!

Hey guys! I just got my tegu on Thursday and Thursday night I noticed something sticking out of him. I was told it could be his hemipene from the person I bought him from and left it. I checked the next morning and it was still sticking out so I gave him a sugar bath. During that bath he took a poop and it looked like it came out more but after it it all went back in. I still took him to the vet that day and she said he looked perfectly fine.
But now it's sticking out again, and worse.
I need advise please... I just don't have money to spend on another vet bill. Especially after spending $450 on him...

He is currently taking another sugar bath.

Call the vet. If vet worth a lick, should give you advice on phone for potential home remedy. Good luck b

I took him into the vet. They waved the recheck fee for me. Looks like he's got something in his gut and it's making him prolapse from trying to push it out. They gave me stool softener for him.
