Hey guys purchased a Columbian black and white tegu about a month ago and it is awesome unfortunately it's unsexed at the moment :( anyway I'm excited to keep working with her till she calms down now it darts in any direction it can as soon as I touch it although it has never tried to bite me (which is completely different then any of my other reptiles). Don't have a picture currently but was curious on your guys input on his cage setup. I've did a lot of research but I just wanted to make sure everything was ok. I have a ceramic heat bulb that gets about 115°F and cool side is about 70-85°F depending on time of day and weather. I use cypress multch as a substrate. In the picture I have a hide that's buried under the multch so only the opening of the hide is clear, it also likes to bury itself in the multch, humidity is normally around 50% except on the days I spray the cage. Thanks so much for reading!
