Hi fellow Tegu fans,
I'm new to the forum and looking forward to owning a tegu. I'll be getting a B&W Argintina extreme tegu from Bobby Hill this may or June depending when they hatch. We already have a name for him and are counting down. This will be my first Tegu so im sure I'll have lots of questions along the way.

Just as many if not more have "extremes".

There are lots of members with extremes on here. I currently have a 2011 male and a 2009 male extreme.

Awesome, So how big is your male now after having a year to grow?

He was a late 2011 baby and went into hibernation after 2 months. He just woke up 2 weeks ago and is really starting to build up quite an appetite. His total length reight now is only 17 inches due to him being down most of his life. On the other end of the spectrum, my 2009 male did not hibernate and was 4 feet within 13 months!!
