Do warm baths, and start supplementing some fish oil in the diet if you haven't already. Walter1 recommended a light brush, but I tried that on my adult male and I couldn't get much. Baths seem to release small pieces at a time, and so I'd increase the soak time, or even do them daily. Also, I use really warm water, not luke.
