Hey!! Welcome to the forum - you'll like the people here. Cute little female you have - I have an Argentinian B/W too that looks a lot like yours, clear down to the shedding of the last part of her tail.

Do warm baths, and start supplementing some fish oil in the diet if you haven't already. Walter1 recommended a light brush, but I tried that on my adult male and I couldn't get much. Baths seem to release small pieces at a time, and so I'd increase the soak time, or even do them daily. Also, I use really warm water, not luke.
