well i have already made several post and asked tons of questions, but i have not introduced myself. i live here in fort worth texas. i have owned snakes for several years and i am pretty experienced with them. as for as lizards go i am fairly new. i have owned a beardie for about 8 months. unfortunatly i did not do my research as well as i should have. but i have learned from my mistakes. my next venture is a varnyard tame tegu. i am trying to learn everything i can about these guys before owning one. but so far i love them already. if you have any advice please feel free to offer it.

yes i am very very glad to. the monitors just dont get near as tame. they just kind of tolerate you. im just going to have to accept the fact that it may hibernate. but im going to try to keep my temps good and hot so he wont!
