It's all in the eyes...

I might be being over-observant, or may just have developed something of a deep emotional attachment to my Tegu - But the eyes on them are incredible, deep and dark; almost human?

theres no way you are being over observent . i have recognized the same thing. their eyes tell such a story ;]

One thing I have noticed is that is most of the pictures I take of Kodo, he is looking right at the camera. You can see the cogs turning in their heads via the eyes.

haha, whenever i look at my tegu's eyes i think he looks like an alien.

its pretty cool how tegus will make eye contact with you.
