Male or Female Black and White Tegu!

I recently got this juvenile (~6 months old) Argentine black and white tegu. The breeder guessed it was a male but it’s been a few months so I tried to reasses. It’s hard to take a picture because the tegu freaks out lol but can anyone tell by this picture or make a solid guess as to whether it’s a male or female? I circled some things I saw in the picture.
