We need a photo that shows an area much more focused on the vent area and just below that towards the tail. What we are looking for in those photos is small so photo quality is important as well as focusing in on the correct area.
Look at the photos in this link: https://tegutalk.com/threads/how-to-determine-the-sexual-of-sub-adult-tegu.9934/ Scroll down a bit to see the two photos posted by chriswizz (in these two photos the tail is oriented up and the body is oriented down so is opposite of your photos). Those will clearly show you what you are looking for to sex your tegu. You can either then sex it yourself or at least you will know the important area to focus your next photo on.
