My iguana is brown alot? and poopin' like a champ!

Hey everyone!

So, my iguana is still in his 55 gallon and he actually seems content when i'm not messin with him. but he's been slightly brown lately. is it from stress? I took him to my dads for a week and he had to be in a different cage. I just bought the auto hand mister and it's helped a ton. he has been eating fine as far as i can see and the heat has been the same. So is it just the cage situation?

On the other hand.. My baby (my tegu) after 6 months, is finally pooping in the water when he takes a bath! I was so excited. But i'm concerned because I don't feel like he's growing the way he should and i dont know what i'm doing wrong..

What makes you feel like he isnt growing properly?

I've had him for 6-7 months now and i got him when he was about a month old. not to mention like 2 inches of his tail was gone and about an inch and a half has regrown and today he's only a little bit over a foot long.. Compared to everyone else he's tiny!

He looks a bit thin in the legs.

Igs and glass tanks generally don't work well because of reflective surfaces and the igs desire to be higher rather than horizontal. The change may have stressed him, but young igs are still muscular in the legs and tail base as they grow.
