need help with 1 year old tegu hes not pooping

hello I have a 1 year old tegu he's 24 inches long and he's healthy but since 9 or 10 days he's has not pooped if any ones knows what to do please give me sum advice on taking care of this issue I've been reading on stuff it's telling me about oil and enmea but I don't know how are we're I'm supposed to do this at I've raised monitors other lizards but never a tegu please help

Try soaking in warm water and rub his belly, add salmon oil to food, up humidity & exersize. You can also put him in a snake bag, put him on your car floor & go for a somewhat bumpy ride. Make sure your temps & humidity are on point...if none of this works, stop feeding & take to the vet!! He may have a blockage!!
