Need help

One of my red tegus hadn't ate last 3 or 4 days she has been sleeping alot and not moving so much!!! I'm extremely worried about her.. not sure what to do I'm thinking she could be clogged up but if that's the case with no work right now I wouldn't have money to pay for surgery unless stimulus comes in soon!! Please lmk your thoughts

What's her substrate,

It' used to be cypress mulch and coco husk fiber mix but right it's just organic soil and spagnum peat moss mix. I noticed issue the day when I changed substrate 4 days ago

Yes I realize that but I checked all vets are closed it seems I might be able to find one that's open and try and see if I can get xrays and see how much it'll be if she needs it removed
