So today I brought home my second Colombian baby.

And I know i'm going to just be part of a statistic now but I think I'm going to have to give away or sell my iguana. He's just a huge responsibility and I cant find him a proper enclosure but at least I tried.

I already feel bad about it so no need to tell me that I'm the reason that iguanas are so neglected.

Anyway, I brought home this little baby..

And compared to my big boy he's pretty small.

So yeah, I'm super excited.
Any do's or dont's with the two of them? I feel like my big boy is going to eat my new baby..

Thanks, Vanessa.

How old do you think it is?

You need to keep them separated for a while. Keep the new one in quarantine for a month or two at least, unless you know it has recently been checked by a vet. I'm sorry your iguana situation didn't work out, but now you'll have your hands full with lizards you enjoy.

I might be barking up the wrong tree; but was it not a little irresponsible to buy another tegu when you haven't actually got a set up ready for it?
