new incubator ideas?

So I contacted my little brother who, by chance works in the tech industry for the government. Electronics ect. Anyway I told him about the need for a dependable incubator. He has been working on it and wants your ideas. It will have auto humidity, and temp at a real 1 degree variant. Please if you have ideas about size, temp limits, materials now is the time. The more info I can give him the better. Thanks.
