Hey everyone, I purchased a black and gold Columbian Tegu from a reptile show about a month and a half ago. He's still a Juvenile and his name is Raksha.
I'm looking for advice!
I know that Columbians aren't as calm as argentines, but when I first got him he would always bite and whip and now he's only whipping and hissing. I've been letting him free roam my room when I'm around and he explores without freaking out that I'm in the room. Also, I have just recently started doing the water trick where he has to come to me to get out of it. Is there any other tricks or tips that I can use?

Thanks! I love my baby and plan on getting a couple more later on!

Also, stupid phone did auto correct, haha. I meant Tegu *
