Outdoor enclousure questions

Hello fellow tegus and tegu lovers! I have a question.. Nelly needs an outdoor living situation for this up coming summer. I was wondering if anyone had advice/links to information for how to build an outdoor enclosure? Also I live on the coast of Massachusetts. We plan on keeping him both out doors and indoors because it wont always be warm enough outside even in the summer, should I adhere to what the care sheets said and bring him in when it's going to be below say 75 degrees?

Also, as a side note. I have been afraid to come back to the forums because of Nelly's arm. I had a bunch of extenuating circumstances and wasn't able to have surgery to reset the break. He is healing well and we are taking him to the vet to keep up on it but I feel I let him down. If we would have had the surgery though I wouldn't have been able to watch him myself and I did not want to risk him loosing the arm on someone elses watch.

Look on Rio Bravo Reptiles website for a good outdoor enclosure. I am building mine based on it. You can use Kane heat mats if the summer temps get a little low.
