Hey everyone,
My Red Tegu is getting very sluggish the few times that I have seen him in the past few months, and now I think he's hibernating. This is my first year with a tegu.
What should I be doing to ensure a healthy brumation? Right now he has a 120W basking light on 12 hours, timer from 9am to 9pm.
**I am thinking I should maybe shorten the timer, keep the tank humid as I have been, and just keep a water supply. But if I do this, when do I know when to increase the light and do I gradually do it or just one day keep it at 12 hour again?
Please help me! I want to make sure I don't make any mistakes!
REPTAR THANKS YOU =)
