Hey guys!
My tegu (8 months) hasn't had a problem shedding until now. We've had two vet visits, a compounded topical medication paired with an anti inflammatory, and his tail shed just isn't coming off. I've tried Vaseline, more baths, raising the humidity as high as possible...he has refused fruit since this occurrence.
It's going on two months now and I'm getting quite desperate. Any tricks you guys have? I would love for him to not lose his tail.
