Slow hatchling growth

Hello again everyone!

My little guy has been doing great by most metrics. He hatched in August and I got him in September. He was almost 16 inches when I got him and he has been eating regularly since.

Despite his great appetite, he is still not even 20 inches (almost 4 months later). Should I be worried? He has grown wider. As such he has progressed from thawed pinkies to fuzzies, and now to hoppers. He also enjoys smelt fish, quail egg, and large dubia roaches.

Is it possible he has parasites or something that would stunt his growth? Should I get a fecal done? I just want to make sure my little guys is as healthy as he acts.

for the first 4 months of me having Alpha (my colombian) it was much the same although he was eating and looking really well he just didn't seam to grow at the rate I expected ..... he then refused all insects and went to a full meat diet where he has had a massive growth spurt and it doesnt look like he slowing down any time soon..... I believe if an animal looks healthy and is acting healthy they usually are healthy but please if you are worried do take him for a fecal to be done.

He sounds fine to me. Still, never a bad idea to have a vet check him out. At least peace of mind.
