I've got 2 bags of organic top soil I'm sure I'll need more but I'm wondering for moisture and structure wise what should I mix in I was thinking cypress mulch and some play sand what's yalls opinions looking at eventually creating a bioactive substrate

i hated using cypres it didnt hold humidity as well and scratched m big boy. i love 2 parts or a little less topsoil to 1 part or a little more play sand its greta for humidity, they seem to like it more too. not as smelly either!
