tail question

I use a loose grip to get my guys out into their bins and i noticed on my girl its not visible but there was maybe a deposit of something down her tail 3/4 of the way. I dont want to grip it hard an pull it off or anything, but it is firm, anyone know what it is? natural, something to worry about?

it looks like a normal tail, while she was slipping through my loose grip, i could feel a "deposit" of something firm. It could be sinew or something not sure. I have a cyst on my ankle, cant see it with out pressing on my ankle. felt like cyst only thing i can compare the feeling too.

I once had a green iguana that developed calcium deposits on it's tail from using too much calcium powder...
