My Colombian occasionally, when basking, gets a kinda twitching in his hands?
Any ideas?

Muscle twitches are usually calcium related. Either not getting enough (hypocalcemia), not being able to process and absorb it properly or too much (hypercalcemia). Hypo is more common but both can happen. Hyper can also be a symptom of thyroid, kidney issues and some others.

Twitching can also be caused by temps being too high.
