So I have officially had my little one for about 8 weeks so I thought I would post an update and make him his own thread devoted to his growth I measured him 7 weeks ago when he arrived and he came in at 21" on the dot. Now a couple days ago I decided to measure him again and boy was I surprised! I hadn't realized how much length he'd gained! He's clearly more plump Toothless now measures in at 28"! He's getting more and more white with every shed as well! The taming process has been going wonderfully as well! He immediately saunters over as soon as I open the door to his enclosure and get right onto my hands to climb up my arm to my shoulder. He's still very curious about all of my jewelery but luckily has yet to snap at any of it Well I guess it's time for everyones favorite part! The pictures! The first one will be of him the day I got him

He was lazily sitting under his lamp this morning as usual and I thought I'd give him a pet. I opened the door and he walked over like he wanted to come out. I put out my hands with my forearms up like I usually do and he climbed out onto them. Started licking around, got excited backed up and I guess I went to close my hand so he wouldn't see my fingers but he caught my pinky just before I closed my hand. It startled me more than anything, and I jerked my hand a bit (which caused his teeth to drag across) then he just kinda let go and looked at me as I shut the door lol. My finger started dripping and I was like."oh! He actually got me pretty good!" Haha lesson learned! Fill his tummy up first thing in the morning!

Update time!

So i just made the move from California out to Iowa :] Arrived yesterday safe and sound with my Tegu, my kitty Milo, and my two younger corns Faye and Cortana. I unfortunately had to rehome most of my collection but they all went to good homes, so im happy for them :]

I currently have my Toothless in a 30 gallon aquarium while we wait on a piece of wood to be cut that was apparently not on my order :/ Once we get that piece later tonight though i will begin assembling his 6x3x3 enclosure :] (Just going to be a temp until I can figure out where to put the eventual 8x4x4 i want to make. Once we get that built my little corns can get out of the Tupperware i have them in and they get to enjoy their nice new 30 gallon :] As i sit here Toothless is enjoying some Iowa sun as well as his basking bulb. I'll get a bunch of update pictures once we have the enclosure all set up!

Well here is the new enclosure and some update pictures :] If the videos dont work let me know and i'll try to fix it. Im putting up a feeding video of when i first got him and a feeding video of him now. I just watched them both back to back and am amazed at how much hes grown! He used to have alot more white on him as well! haha Let me know what you guys think :]
