UVB amount for Tegus?

I just got my Solarmeter 6.2 (UVB-meter). But I'm confused about what amount of UVB Tegus actually need.

I currently use two Exo-terra Solar Glo 160W at the hotspot and that's the only UVB-source in the enclosure. I know that Solar Glos isn't the best bulbs but I'm afraid that is the only common brand in Sweden.

But now then I got a UVB-meter I can actually start to measure myself and it that way determine if they are good enough or if I need to get another brand.

But how much UVB output is recommended for Tegus? What kind of uW/cm2 am I looking for? What is the least amount of uW/cm2 before I need to change them?

well i've never seen any recamended amont, but i'd say min of 20-25 but 50 would be better but i wouldn't go higher than 65-75 just be safe

I dont know off hand, but here a link to a guy who would deffinatly know. These are the bulbs i use and the ones vets here in the states use to help with MBD, alot of the new companies and bulbs use this resurch when making their products.
