Weird tail please help

I need help to identify what is wrong with my tegu tail I got her two weeks ago. The top base of her tail looks weird I don't know if its stuck shed or its just normal. If thier any experts please help.

To me it looks like one of two things: she lost the tip of her tail and it grew back, or she’s has had issue shedding in the past and it’s caused problems. The tip of the tail is a problem area.
