Weird walking?

My baby has had quite a few issues (shed and other) since I've gotten her at 7 months old. Shes about a year old now and just this morning I noticed her walking weirdly in her one leg. She is doing this weird kicking whenever she picks it up. Is is she trying to get stuck shed off?

yeah it should like she may be trying to get something irritating off her foot.
is there anything on it? try coconut oil for the stuck shed
