Has tegus that's waiting on summers arrival so they can go outside?

I live in California, where our weather has been in the mid 70s the last week, except for the rain today and yesterday ... But I can tell me Tegu is " anxious " to get outside and explore, his outdoor enclosure just isn't ready yet :/

Nice shot,.. it's been in the mid to high 60's here for a bit so mine still get a chance to go outside.

Same here on Long Island in the low 50 55 range. just waiting for spring to pop up and stick around for awhile

Its been in da 50's and low 60's(on rare occaisions)here just not warm enough for them outside, its great weather for me but I can't wait for it to get warmer for them

Odin's never been able to explore the outdoors yet, he was too small in the summer and now it's in the 50's. So I'm anxious for summer to role around when the weather will be warm and he will be big enough to explore without me worrying that he'll get out of his harness.

What age did everyone start taking theirs outside. I tried a harness on my gu once but I think it bothered him. He never darts off so I wonder if I just let him walk around if he will be ok.

Mine woke up from hibernation today in their outside enclosure and had their first meal since October.

Boon has been getting more active the last couple weeks and I even saw Quasi a few days ago. They'll be heading outside as soon as I have time to fix up the enclosure, probably this weekend.

I start when I feel my tegus are comfortable with me, usualy around a year old
