I've actually tried everything that baby tegus should be fed such as ground turkey which is thawed out frm the freezer eggs crickts mealworms I've been trying to feed blhim mostly meat so he can bulk up but he's not growing at all

My tegu is about 3months old now and isn't eating like he should be all the temps in the cage are right and shedding is good. He is not hibernating and he's just not eating like he should be he is a very picky eater he only likes pinkie and pinkies only. He doesn't like ground turkey eggs...
ohkay so my baby tegu wont eat outside of his cage at all i tried everything. he only eats in his cage but when i feed him he makes a mess and sometimes ingest a little bit of cypress mulch is this bad for him? thanks oh and i use a little feeding dish... i now have to chop the crickets up so...

okay so i just got my new tegu chachi i only had him for 3 days now and he is still not eating the cage temp is 98 on the hot side and 77 on the cool im using a repti sun 5.0 uvb and the humidity is 80. he is completly healthy but a very very frightened tegu. i have some crickets in his cage but...

yah but i dont want it too look regrown or wierd you know? he is still a baby and has alot of growing to do but i hope its just the tip that stays regrown....
