Got the Tegu...

Well, The day after I arrived, the guy got there and he had the tegu with him. He gave him to me right there. Not knowing that I was camping that night, and it was going to be 35F. So I did the only thing I could, and went to a gas station and bought hand warmers. Kept him good and warm that...

Oh that is nothin! A guy I know in Indiana flipped 20 spotted sals under one log! and also found a leucistic spotted. He has pictures and trip reports on another forum. Idk if I am allowed to advertise for it here. lol

Question about Tegus.

As I said in my introduction, I am getting a Tegu from a guy this weekend that is thin and has been neglected. I am wondering if I should gradually fatten him up with normal feeding or feed him more fatty food items than normal? Also, the guy said that he is 4 years old and around 28...
