Eating like crazy but not finding poop?

So I just got my baby red tegu about a week and a half ago, I know I’m probably just stressing for no reason but I’d like to get some feedback. Little guy is probably about 15 inches long, in a 4ft enclosure with a mix of topsoil, sand, moss, mulch, ect. Basking branch/site gets to about 115 degrees. He has access to a large water bowl, hides, UVB, ect. He eats VERY well. Pounds dusted dubias, and almost every morning gets a premade cube of ground chicken, gizzards, collards, squash, ect. But I rarely find any poop! I have found several urates but only 2 smallish poops. I have only been able to soak him once which was a very stressful experience trying to get him out of his enclosure as he is not easily handleable yet and very flighty of trying to be caught. He is alert, lively, not lethargic at all. Over the last few days I have also been adding a few drops of cod liver oil and some pumpkin purée to his food. Is just just utilizing all of his nutrients? Burning his poop? lol Thoughts?
