help!!!!! I need help with my red argetine tegu

My tegu looks as if it wants to poop but can't and has two large sacks hanging out of its rectum which to me look like it's inside and keeps rolling around every couple of minutes.
WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?! Someone help please!!!!
