Hibernating columbian???

I wish it were a more productive conversation. My 4 year old female Colombian has been buried for a week now and she has never done this before. We did give her a more deep hide out that is the one thing that did change. it is cold here in N. Nevada but she is in a warm room.
She ate before she buried herself, my husband gave her a good warm bath as she was shedding skin, that was last Tuesday. We don't know if she is bromating hibernating or something is wrong.
