Odd tegu behaviors very recently

My lil tegu has been having sone kind of issue trust wise. But I've been doing my best to help them along the way. It started a few days ago, nothing hitting that trust hard either. I wake up, eat. Usually an hour after that they wanna eat too, start wanting to climb out of the enclosure towards me. They eat, we hang out. Then they goes back in to bask and digest the food. Much later I take them out to go do random bonding activities, bathtub, shirt trick. Sometimes they just sit on my shoulder while I do some daily activities. Their shed came off recently, all good too. But the past few days has been secretive, hiding and what not. I set my hand inside the enclosure just a lil bit. Just setting it down away from them in general, then they dart off like thry were scared. Back arch and everything. I'm taking things very carefully and slow, not wanting to do anything to startle them. I'm concerned of having done something, or worse, not doing enough. Can anyone give me some pointers?
