I got my tegu an adult cage and everything was fine all the lights and humidity were set and I've been feeding him dead mice but for the past day or so he's been EXTREMELY aggressive. He's always jumping at the sight of anything that comes by the cage and tries to attack it. I had opened the...
He just gets really excited when I feed him. He's always jumping up on the screen to try and get out. I'm thinking everything will get better when I get my bigger cage

I've had my tegu Marty for about two or three weeks and I'm still having trouble getting him to open up to me. I pet him in his cage all the time and when I go to pick him up he gets worked up and it gets hard to hold him but he likes being in my sweatshirt. Recently he's starting to get more...
My tegu Marty just came out of hibernation and is really lethargic via this normal? I have all of his temps and humidity just right. I don't know if I should be worried or just give him time to get back to normal
